Project Coordinator


We are a Stroud-based Software Development company, specialising in cloud hosting and online software development, and are looking to expand our busy team to cope with the ever-increasing demand for our expertise. The role is office based supporting the Client Delivery Manager and QA Manager.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
  • Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
  • Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy
  • Contribute to the planning and development of projects
  • Support the coordination and management of projects
  • Keep track of and report on project progress
  • Coordinate and ensure smooth operation of multiple projects from start to finish
  • Prepare and present to the managers weekly or monthly reports of project operations.
  • Administrate and coordinate the software release cycle
  • Coordinate configuration management of products

Knowledge, Skills & Experience required:

  • Educated to A-Level standard
  • Previous proven and successful experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Highly organised and able to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Measure of Success:

  • Delivery of identified projects to time, cost and quality
  • Project standards and processes are adhered to aligned with SDLC and configuration of products
  • Project documentation is produced and kept up to date
  • Stakeholders are fully informed, engaged and satisfied with delivery
